服务免责条款
1.货运单仅限托运人将货物交付给本公司使用。双方签署后即生效。
2.下列物品不予运输:
A.国家法律、法规禁止流通或者寄递的物品;
B.目的地国家法律、法规禁止流通或者寄递的物品;
C.易燃、易爆、易碎物品,放射性、有毒性、腐蚀性物品,活的物品,妨碍公共卫生或者容易产生污染的物品,货币及有价证券;
D.涉及到版权、知识产权的物品,违法物品。
E.没有如实申报产品内容所引起的纠纷,由托运方负责。
3.承运方对运输途中由于意外所出现的延误不做任何承诺。
4.承运方收取的运费不包括清关需要的费用以及目的地政府所收取的进口物品税。
5.托运方所发送的货物应符合目的地当地法律规定,如有不符所产生的一切后果均由托运方承担。
6.由于不可抗拒力量及自然原因或因政府机构扣留货物所造成的损失,承运方不承担任何的赔偿责任。
7.由于退件所产生的一切费用均由托运方承担,托运方有权放弃退件。
8.本公司不负责其他任何由于寄运物品所产生的纠纷。
9.若以挂号邮件或任何快递方式寄出的物品,本公司会协助托运人与邮政系统或快递公司联系查询或者赔偿事宜。
本公司不负责任何赔偿。
10.普通邮件(不属于第9项)丢失,没有赔偿。
11.货物未到本公司,并且未开单前丢失,我司赔偿客户货物的申报价值。并且单票货物最高赔偿不超过100美金,

Service Disclaimer
1.Shippers are only allowed to ship the goods to the company for use by the shipper. The two parties will
enter into force upon signing.
2.The following items are not transported:
A.Items prohibited by circulation or delivery by national laws and regulations;
B.Items prohibited by circulation or delivery by laws and regulations of the destination country;
C.Flammable, explosive, fragile items, radioactive, toxic, corrosive, living items, obstructing public health
or items that are prone to pollution,currency and marketable securities;
D.Items related to copyright, intellectual property, illegal items;
E.The shipper is responsible for the dispute caused by the failure to truthfully declare the contents of the
product;
3.The carrier does not make any promises for delays due to accidents during transportation.
4.The freight charged by the carrier does not include the cost of customs clearance and the import goods
tax collected by the destination government.
5.The goods sent by the shipper shall comply with the local laws of the destination, and all consequences
arising from any discrepancies shall be borne by the shipper.
6.The carrier shall not be liable for any damages caused by irresistible forces and natural causes or
losses caused by government agencies detaining the goods.
7.Since the shipper’s responsibility for all costs incurred by the return is borne by the shipper, the
shipper has the right to waivethe return.
8.The company is not responsible for any other disputes arising from the shipment of goods.
9.If you send the goods by registered mail or any express delivery, the company will assist the shipper to
contact the postal system or courier company for enquiries or compensation.
10.Ordinary mail (not belonging to item 9) is lost, no compensation.
11.The goods have not arrived at the company, and they have been lost before the bill is opened. Our
company compensatesthe declared value of thecustomer's goods. And the maximum compensation for a single piece
of goods does not exceed $100,If the goods arrive at the company, and the bill has been lost before the
Internet, 3 times the freight charges. For detailed compensation information,please refer to the
